Make it Into a One Pager - Then People Will Actually Read It!

Some advice I was given that i found nearly impossible was simplifying information down. Bicycle Retail is challenging, most team members are so busy that giving them reems of information never works and I found myself annoyed i'd waste hours of time creating complex documents.

A wise and wonderful colleague told me 'if its on more than 2 pages nobody will read it'

So i tried super hard to keep it simple! Low and behold it worked!
